These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made through Jeta Boutique at jetaboutique.gr. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms together with our Returns & Cancellations Policy.

2. Products and availability
We make reasonable efforts to present accurate descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes, materials and prices. Screen settings may cause minor colour differences. All orders are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for that product.
3. Prices and orders
Prices are displayed in euros and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown before the order is submitted. An order is completed only after it has been accepted and confirmed by Jeta Boutique. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases such as obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment failure or lack of availability; any amount already collected will be refunded.
4. Payment
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Card payments are securely processed through Nexi XPay. Jeta Boutique does not receive or store the full card number or security code. Additional information is available on our Payment Methods & Transaction Security page.
5. Delivery
Orders are delivered to the address provided during checkout. Delivery options, availability and any charges are displayed before purchase. Unless another delivery period is expressly agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 calendar days after conclusion of the contract. 6. Right of withdrawal — returns within 14 days
If you are a consumer in Greece or another European Union country, you may withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 calendar days from the day you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods. For an order delivered in several parts, the period begins when the final item is received.
To exercise this right, send an unequivocal statement before the deadline to info@jetaboutique.gr, including your name, order number, the products concerned and your decision to withdraw. You may use the model form at the end of this page, but its use is not mandatory.
7. Returning products
After notifying us of withdrawal, return the products without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days. Products should be securely packaged and returned with their tags and any accompanying items. You may inspect a product as you would in a physical shop, but you are responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
Unless the product is defective, incorrect, or we have agreed otherwise, the direct cost and risk of the return shipment are borne by the customer. Please keep proof of dispatch. Contact us before sending a return so that we can provide the correct return instructions.
8. Refunds
We will refund payments received for the returned products, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, no later than 14 calendar days after being informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or until you provide evidence that they have been returned, whichever occurs first. The refund is made using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise and without an additional refund fee.
Any supplementary delivery cost resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method than our least expensive standard option is not refundable.
9. Exceptions to withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply where an applicable legal exception exists, including products made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, and sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons after being unsealed. An exception will be clearly identified before purchase where relevant.
10. Defective, damaged or incorrect products
Inspect the parcel after delivery and contact us promptly if an item is defective, damaged in transit or different from the item ordered. Please provide the order number and clear photographs where appropriate. Your statutory rights concerning conformity of goods are not limited by this policy. Where required by law, repair, replacement, price reduction or refund will be provided without charge.
11. Order cancellation before dispatch
To request cancellation before dispatch, contact us immediately at info@jetaboutique.gr. We will try to stop the shipment, but cannot guarantee cancellation after processing has begun. If the order has already shipped, the withdrawal and return procedure above applies.
12. Complaints and applicable law
For questions or complaints, contact us using the details above. These terms are governed by Greek law, without depriving consumers residing in another EU country of mandatory protections granted by the law of their country of residence. Any mandatory consumer dispute-resolution rights remain unaffected.
