Jeta Boutique provides the payment methods displayed during checkout. The availability of a method may depend on the delivery destination, order value and technical availability.
Accepted cards and payment services
Card payments
Customers may pay using eligible credit, debit and prepaid cards of the following schemes: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners and Discover. A card scheme or payment option is available only when it is displayed at checkout. American Express is available only if expressly displayed as an accepted option.
Nexi XPay transaction security
All payments made using a card are processed through the electronic payment platform Nexi XPay of Nexi Payments Greece S.A. and use TLS 1.2 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer — SSL). Encryption is a method of encoding information until it reaches its intended recipient, who can decode it using the appropriate key.
Card details are entered in the secure Nexi XPay payment environment. Jeta Boutique does not receive or store the customer’s complete card number or card security code. Card transactions may be subject to authentication procedures such as 3D Secure where required by the card issuer or payment provider.
Other payment methods
Where displayed at checkout, customers may also be able to pay by direct bank transfer or cash on delivery. Instructions and any applicable charge are presented before the order is submitted. An order paid by bank transfer may be processed after the funds have been credited and identified.
Payment authorisation and failed transactions
Payments are subject to authorisation by the relevant payment provider, card issuer or bank. If a payment is declined or cannot be completed, the order is not considered paid. For security reasons, Jeta Boutique cannot obtain the reason for every card decline; customers may need to contact their bank.
Prices and currency
Prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. The final order total, delivery charge and any payment-method charge are displayed before the customer places the order.
Refunds
Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method, unless another method is expressly agreed or technically required. Processing time after issuance may depend on the bank or payment provider. See our Terms & Conditions – Returns & Cancellations.
